Payment and Delivery

1) You can make online payments with any credit card through our website. In case of possible order cancellation or due to stock problems, the money will be refunded to your credit card within a maximum of 7 business days.

2) Order Price Refund

In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; ND ATELIER DIŞ TİC A.Ş. will refund the price of the product to your credit card. The return conditions are also specified in the ‘Distance Sales Agreement’.

3) Payment Tracking

If the payment transaction cannot be made due to any problems in the regarding system, our visitor will be informed about this situation as a result of the payment page. You can reach us for payment issues at iletisim@atelier38.store.

4) Delivery

The delivery period of the products you have ordered is a maximum of 7 business days. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery. The products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent via MNG cargo company. ND ATELIER DIŞ TİC A.Ş. is not responsible for delays by the cargo company. Considering the problems experienced with the current carrier, delivery can also be made with alternative companies. Cargo deliveries are only valid within the borders of Turkey.
